Invicta Grammar School - PISO

The overall project at Invicta Grammar School in Maidstone saw the remodelling of main reception, conversion of existing gymnasium and provision of new dance studio, changing facilities and classrooms. PISO were tasked with delivering flooring solutions to suit each of the newly formed spaces, each with their own unique requirements and usage.

Due to the prominence of this location within the school, emphasis was placed on the logistical planning to ensure deliveries and movements were scheduled out of busy drop-off and pick-up times whilst restricting noisy works throughout. Early engagement with the client was imperative to gain an understanding of the school’s day-to-day operations and how we could implement our ways of working to suit the surrounding environment.
